Ford's focus - the Focus

Ford's focus - the Focus

President and CEO of Ford Canada David Mondragon's philosophy for success is that in order to "get everything you want, help others get what they want".

The next-generation Focus seems to be following that credo by delivering the European Focus that we North Americans have long been clamouring for. Available in 2012, the Focus spearheads Ford's new global C-car lineup, all based on a common platform.

Mondragon boasts that Ford's lineup is the "freshest in the industry" with 8 new vehicles arriving this year.

Although Ford's heritage is strongly truck-based, they're "re-introducing cars to the Canadian consumer" with seven of the new products being cars.

The 2011 Edge returns with a re-worked interior and headlight treatment and the slick My Touch technology package that features integrated touch screen information, climate, entertainment and navigation display.

Built in Oakville, the 2011 Lincoln MKX presents a more dramatic outline, and a more evolved, customizable version of the SYNC system called MyLincoln Touch. Power has been upgraded over 300 hp.

  1. Some times we ignore the promotion freebies that come with the motor oil that we buy.. Recently i bought a Castrol promotion pack for car but wasn't informed by the dealer that the scratch card offer to enter the lucky draw to go to South Africa World cup games and the dealer has assured gifts that we can collect at the time of purchase. Make sure you ask your service dealers for the contest details if you buy one in the near future and collect your assured gift :)
